To ArjoHuntleigh and with location in Malmö we are now looking for a:
Event & Marketing Communications Manager
You will be overall responsible for developing and managing a compelling framework for our external events and showrooms. As the Events manager you will ensure that we deliver a consistent brand image in events and showrooms across the globe. Additionally you will manage the global events and tradeshow calendar to ensure we are represented at the right events.
This is an opportunity to be part of our fantastic Global Marketing Communications team to make an impact to our global footprint though our events.
The Position
In this position you will be responsible for development of the global framework for our events and showrooms. This includes creation of exhibition material and guidelines to be deployed by the regional markets. You will be interfacing with a large number of internal and external stakeholders globally. You will take an active part in ensuring that we build up a compelling story while at the same time building brand equity with our customers and uphold a multi-language consistent message.
Other important responsibilities and tasks will be:
Be part of strategy development and a global framework for Events and Showrooms to leverage scale
Provide Events and Showrooms guidance and structure to global and regional marketing communications
Own the global calendar of events and tradeshows
Event management of corporate internal and external events
Manage, improve, train and monitor the pool of suppliers for Events and Showrooms (agencies, booth builder, tradeshow concept, showrooms / experience center tools and concepts)
Management of our marketing projects, including both global marketing programs and global product launches with the target to produce impactful multichannel material, including digital assets and campaigns and printed brochures.
Ensure compliance with global branding and marketing guidelines
Be part in defining and implementing of marcom guidelines, policies & processes and communication of them to stakeholders
Follow up and measurement of our marketing communications related KPI’s
The position is located at our Head office in Malmö and you will be reporting to the VP Global MarCom & Brand Management. Since you will have a global scope, international travel is part of the role and estimated to up to 30 days on an annual basis.
The Ideal Candidate
We believe that the right candidate has:
Academic degree or equivalent within the area of Marketing, Marketing Communications or Events
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in international marketing and communications, with a strong background of operational event management
Proven experience in strategic events and showroom management
Project management experience from planning and implementation of marketing related projects, preferable in an international environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment and have a great attention to details
Experience and capability in driving and creation of compelling content as part of a digital marketing communications environment
Fluent in English (written) and ability to communicate professionally and concisely
Prior knowledge within the healthcare environment would be an advantage but is not essential
Preferable you have one or more skills of the following:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, and Photoshop
Experience in digital marketing execution including in-bound marketing, digital campaigns, SEO, SEM, email marketing, online advertising and social media management.
Working knowledge of Content Management System publishing and editing e.g, WordPress, EPiServer, HTML5,
Experience in creation of videos from concept to final delivery
Copywriting of printed and digital content
The successful Event and Marketing Communications Manager would likely be entrepreneurial and a self-motivated team-player who likes to deliver results. You have a sense of creativity with an eye for the details in combination with an analytical mind-set and great organizational skills. Furthermore it is important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, since you will interact with a broad range of internal and external parties.
Acting with integrity, you easily build trust and commitment. Being used to working in a changing environment, where you have the possibility to be part of creating something new and make a difference, is a key motivation factor.
