Job Summary
As an Events Performance Manager, you will be part of the global team who is developing and executing all types of events for local and global activation of Ericsson marketing and communications strategy, in close collaboration with Campaigns and Demand Generation team. At Experiences and Events, we have overall responsibility for creating customer experiences that establish our global brand position through industry events, roadshows, customer deep-dives etc. As part of the team, you will work with all types of events –our participation in industry and other public events, Ericsson exclusive external events, digital events and internal events.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Establish and measure efficiency and effectiveness of event performance measures and support the organization with insights on how these should be achieved.
Evaluate and identify the reasons for deviations and adjust plans for future events.
Responsible for the financial follow-up of events and support team in budgetary control of experiences and events
Co-drive financial control best practice implementations throughout the global organization
Support in negotiations with and contracting of third parties
Contribute in all types of event deliveries as a team member

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
3+ years of experience working with financial control, accounting or the equivalent working experience
Experience working as project manager
Experience working in a global or regional team
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Team leadership
Resource management (including budget management)
Digital marketing knowledge
Experience working in a dynamic and fast moving environment
