Job description
As JKL’s Internal Event Coordinator your primary tasks will be to plan, create, implement and coordinate all JKL’s internal and external events such as conferences, client seminars and employer branding events. Whether it’s a smaller event or planning our yearly presence in Almedalen, you will be responsible for the event from the beginning to the end together with an internal project leader. This means handling and following a project budget, working with the internal project team, quality assurance, coordination of suppliers and other external parties, documentation, evaluation of the project and much more.
Requirements
Relevant education/coursework in event/project/service management
A couple of years of professional experience from working with similar tasks, preferably within professional services (consultancy, law firm)
Fluency in Swedish and in English, both written and orally

Employment type: full-time, trial period followed by a permanent employment
