Country Manager Sweden
As Country Manager Sweden you have the overall responsibility for Lyyti’s operations in Sweden with a clear mission to grow the business.
You lead the sales team in Sweden, currently consisting of three persons, and are the main responsible for sales, revenue, customer and employee satisfaction and internal culture. You work hands-on with the whole sales process, from identifying potential prospects, through booking meetings with these, conducting the meetings discovering the needs of the prospect, to offering solutions and conducting negotiations in order to transform the prospect into a new client.
The main target customer is a company that use events in order to increase sales, most often mid sized and large enterprises.
You collaborate close with marketing in order to target activities in an intelligent way. You lead the sales team by acting as a role model, uplifting, coaching and developing the team members.
You report to the Chief Sales Officer at Lyyti. The position is located at Lyyti’s Swedish office in the centre of Stockholm.
Key competencies
- Sales leadership, senior experience in sales positions
- Experience working in marketing or selling towards marketing department
- Management skills, team management experience
- Small business experience
- SaaS / software sales experience
- Tech savvy
- Existing network at C-level within sales and marketing in Sweden is essential!
