What’s the deal?
We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to organize internal events. You will be helping Project Manager to coordinate every aspect of an event, from choosing venues to evaluating success afterwards.
As Event Coordinator at NetEnt you must be well-organized and skilled in vendor management. Communication skills and attention to detail will make you successful in the role. Add a shot of enthusiasm and passion for the job and you’ll be our ideal candidate.
The goal is to organize events that will ensure the entertainment of participants and facilitate the completion of business objectives.
You will be joining a creative Communications team with a mix of experts within brand, PR, web, CSR and much more. You’ll be boosted with a creative, collaborative and inspiring work environment in a fast-growing company known for its focus on innovation and quality.
Initially, this will be a 6-month fixed contract as a replacement for a maternity leave.
Who are you?
- Previous experience as production coordinator (minimum of 2 year experience) with corporate events and conferences.
- English written and spoken is a must.
- MS Office proficiency
- A positive mind-set who is organized and has attention to detail.
- You are a self-starter who is able to multi task and is a team player.
