As a requirement, we think that you have worked as an Office Manager or in a reception in your previous job. We need you to be organized, thorough and like taking responsibility. Also, fluent in Swedish and English is a must for this position.

Besides from being the face of MAG Interactive in Stockholm, you will also be doing things like:
. Event planning (seasonal kick-offs, summer and christmas parties)
. Order kitchen and office supplies
. Arrange Friday breakfasts and after works
. Onboard new staff members
. Make travel arrangements
. Make sure guests of MAG feels welcome
. Be the point of contact for landlord, security and suppliers
