One of strategically important emerging units within Luxoft, is seeking to strengthen its executive presence in European region and is hiring a Partner-level leader to oversee its onshore operations and relationships.
Responsibilities
– Partner with other members of senior management team to run and develop the account
– Proactive account management with senior client partners as part of senior leadership team
– Business development and pre-sales engagement
– Innovate and drive large scale process improvement and transformation
– Responsible for all aspects of client experience
– Support account P&L at partner level
– Responsible for oversight and management of client premises-based Luxoft staff and their activities
Skills Required
– Track record of success growing, leading, and transforming global teams and projects
– Significant experience managing executive-level clients and stakeholders
– Strong domain experience in Capital Markets or Retail Banking from IT perspective
– Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills
– Ability and charisma to lead and inspire
– Entrepreneurial mindset
– Willingness to travel to other client and delivery center locations
– Must be able to get things done, regardless of obstacles
