We are looking for an internal event manager to handle several large-scale programs that run within our Research & Development (R&D) branch of Spotify. This is an exciting opportunity to flex both strategic and programmatic skillsets, and to foster connectivity and creativity in a globally-dispersed team of almost 2,000. The right candidate will be comfortable juggling the interfacing with executives and company-wide communications, with the “roll up your sleeves” attitude required of producing events. They will be adept at extracting strategic themes and bringing them to light in programming, and able to manage stakeholder relationships at an executive level.
Who you are
8+ years experience in a similar role
Proven track record of executing internal events at a large scale
Fluent in English
Impeccable communication skills, both written and in public speaking
Expert google suite user, specifically google slides
Based in Stockholm, or excited about the opportunity to relocate

- Planning and execution of annual global “Hack Week”
- Building the internal hub to house communication and ideas
- Building task force teams to execute on a global scale
- Feeding output back into the system
Planning and execution of bi-annual strategy conference for lead members of R&D - Working with leads on agenda setting and narrative
- Managing all speaker and presentation relations and logistics – Organizing all event logistics, including venue sourcing, accommodations and communications
