We’re now looking for an Executive Assistant & Events Coordinator to join the team.
Key responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, calendar, and appointments with precision.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events.
- Handle select email communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and edit documents, including expense reports, memos, and meeting notes.
- Create spreadsheets, manage databases, and develop basic presentations.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues.
- Assist in recruitment administration processes.
Project Management:
- Coordinate and administrate special projects as directed.
- Organize and manage company gatherings twice per year.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of team offsites.
- Support administrative tasks related to All-hands and company meetings (monthly/weekly).
Other Administrative Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage access to tools and software.
- Handle the purchasing, distribution, and collection of hardware.
