As Project Manager you will play a key role in creating value for Cloetta, our customers, shoppers and consumers through various projects that defines and strengthen our business proposition cross channels, markets and functions. You will work in close collaboration with our local market teams and the projects in scope will vary over time and with business needs. They will range from strategic to more operational ones but the commonality that they will make a difference for the local markets executing them. The initial focus will be on our in-store execution from both a fixture and merchandizing perspective.
You will report to Head of Category & Business Development Pick&Mix and will be based in Solna, Stockholm.

What you’ll bring to the team
To be successful in this role you have at least five years’ experience from working within the areas of project management, sales, category management, and customer marketing. Experience from working with full-service offerings is a plus. You have an analytical and pragmatic way of utilizing consumer and shopper insight as well as an ability to turn them into commercial solutions that adds value but also drives efficiencies. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders comes easy for you which is key as you will collaborate closely with our core markets, other functions and suppliers. You are a strong self-starter, making things happen all the way to implementation and follow-up. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required as English is our main working language. Skills in other Nordic languages are an asset but not a requirement.
